REMOVING FRUIT - APRICOT, PEACH, PEAR, PLUM

Fruit from trees can be removed by shaking the tree when fruit are approximately one inch in size. Shake limbs with short strokes. To remove fruit, branches can be "hit" with a plastic baseball bat. Use carefully.

APRICOT PITS

Apricot pits contain minute amounts of cyanide. However, there should be not problem with the accidental ingestion of a pit, nor is there a problem if the pit is split and exposed to the fruit.
